A main client was Swiss HITRental, collaborating for two years on their new travel-booking concierge platform. Led the complete design of this platform.

Between 2016 and 2020 I led the design of numerous projects for global clients across industries and size. In this period, I've learnt to master the design process, from research to prototyping to pixel-perfection, to iteration.
I led design projects in verticales from e-commerce to finance to multi-use platforms in transport and work to travel. It help me to gain diverse experience in the different phases of design, learning in particular the importance of the discovery phase which many designers oversee.
Worked closely with founders, product teams, and other internal and internal stakeholders in pursue of excellent customer experiences that not only solve problems, but also delight customers.
