Sparrow Ventures (Migros Group)
From 2020 to 2022 I led the design for top-priority of the venture team at Sparrow Ventures (the venture arm of Switzerland's largest company, Migros Group's) from the Zürich office. We rapidly validated new ideas through market research, rapid prototyping, and other quantitative and qualitative methods, in the aim of launching only the most promising ideas to the Swiss and neighboring markets. I worked in small teams co-founding these ventures, working closely with venture architects, products managers, growth marketers developers, and leadership teams of Migros Groups largest entities, such as Migrolino, Migros Bank, and many others. We played an integral role in taking the top innovation priorities from executive leadership of the group into existence.

I left the company in 2022 to pursue a new opportunity after successfully handing over my projects internally and supporting in hiring new a designer to take over my role.
With my venture teams, I helped create and launch more than ten new ventures during the two years. Multiple of these achieved notable success on the market and was scaled outside our venture lab into the group.
